ACCOUNTABILITY

  • What will help you? What will hurt you? What will you do on a daily basis to bring you closer to your best self?
  • Start every day with gratitude/journaling/morning affirmations and believe in everything that you are doing. 


MANIFESTATION

  • Keep in mind HOW you speak to yourself.
  • Find a saying that will push you to be the best version of yourself.
  • Repeat this saying daily, and with CONFIDENCE. 

CORE VALUES

  • Keep in mind who is in your inner circle. Are they bringing you closer to your goal or further away from it? 
  • Do everything you do with HEART AND INTENTION. It should all align with the person you aim to be. 
  • Don’t let ANYONE (including yourself) sell yourself short. You won’t move anywhere if you are this easily influenced by negativity. 

LOVE WHO YOU ARE

  • What is your passion? 
  • What are three words that best describe who YOU are?
  • How do you visualize yourself in ten+ years? 
  • Imagine all of the possible ways in which your future is attainable. 

TAKE ACTION

  • Write down STEP BY STEP your short and long-term goals. 
  • Always come back and review.
