(ALARM GOES OFF) snooze… (ALARM GOES OFF) snooze…
You are cutting it close to JUST having enough time to shower and get ready for work.
You begrudgingly get out of bed. . . and now you are in a rush.
You suddenly realize you are out of coffee. . . and you don’t have enough time for breakfast.
You get ready in time. . . but NOW you can’t find your keys/wallet.
YOU ARE NOW OFFICIALLY PISSED OFF...
Your significant other/roommate/dog/cat can clearly see you are angry.
You arrive at work only to realize that you left a huge project for the last minute.
You forgot your healthy lunch and have to fuel with empty energy that brings a crash at 2 pm.
You are watching the clock minute by minute. . .and it seems to be getting slower and slower.
You finally make it home. . . and you realize that you didn’t go food shopping.
You eat your take-out in front of the TV. . . and pray for a better day tomorrow.
The universe won’t automatically throw you a good day because you wished for it. That’s not how this works.
YOU have to take action and not wait for anything or anyone to do it for you.
Each day is different, but YOU are the constant.
YOU can exercise your mind to be your best friend and not lead you into a path of negativity.
We constantly try to change EVERYTHING around us.
We forget about the person looking back at us in the mirror.
Do something about that FIRST before you take on the world.
